Booking is simple. You can reserve your vehicle through our website, by phone, or via email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation with chauffeur and vehicle information.

Our airport service includes real-time flight tracking and professional meet & greet assistance. Your chauffeur will welcome you at the arrivals terminal, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth transfer to your destination.

We monitor flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge within reasonable waiting limits.

We offer flexible hourly bookings and multi-stop itineraries. Whether you need transportation for meetings, shopping, or events, your chauffeur will remain at your service.

Our fleet includes luxury sedans and premium SUVs such as executive-class vehicles and spacious full-size SUVs suitable for VIPs, corporate clients, and families.

Opulentus operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, to accommodate your travel schedule.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Cancellations are allowed based on the following terms:

  • Up to 48 hours before your booking: Free cancellation
  • 24–48 hours before your booking: A 50% cancellation fee will apply
  • Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refund will be issued
