How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are allowed based on the following terms:
- Up to 48 hours before your booking: Free cancellation
- 24–48 hours before your booking: A 50% cancellation fee will apply
- Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refund will be issued
